How to Use

Wear as you would regular underwear.

• Regular absorbency: Ideal for average flow days, light bladder leaks, or as backup with a menstrual cup, disc, or tampon.

• Super absorbency: Best for heavy flow days, overnight use, postpartum, or moderate bladder leaks.
  If you are between sizes, size down for the best fit. For more front gusset coverage, consider the brief cut.
